To raise funds by deposits and loans.
To grant loans to the affiliated women co-operative societies as per the conditions prescribed.
To co-ordinate and guide the women co-operatives and to give them necessary assistance in the matter of production and service units undertaken by them.
To establish processing centres for agriculture and allied products.
To arrange trainings to the members of the societies on various aspects.
To undertake education and extension work.
To prepare and implement economic development programmes with a view of providing employment opportunities to the women.
To open sales depots in any parts of the country, as per the rules of the Federation.
To run child care units, Nursery school, Type writing, Computer and Tailoring Institutes, Hostels, Tailoring Centres, Catering units, Hotel, Canteen, etc for providing employment opportunities.
To arrange training and cultivation of homesteads and floricultural crops like orchids and anthurium etc. On a compact and group basis and its marketing.
To run consumer and such other stores with a view to make available better-quality goods at cheaper rate and to control the market price.
To impart training in the manufacturing curry powder, Juice, Squash, and other food products and open sales depots for the sale of such items.
